Self Payment

All services provided are client-funded. Clients have the option to pay for services directly. Payment in full is required at the time the service is rendered. To ensure convenience, we accept various payment methods including Cashapp, Zelle, and all major credit cards.

The fee structure for our services is as follows:

• New client initial diagnostic assessment (45-60 minutes): The cost ranges from $165 to $300.
• Medication management visit and follow-up (25-30 minutes): The fee is between $150 and $200.
• Individual therapy or medication management session (45-90 minutes): The charge varies from $150 to $250.

Co-Pays & Deductibles

Clients are responsible for covering all co-pays and deductibles as their insurance plans require. This may also include additional fees for laboratory tests or prescribed medications. Please be aware of your insurance coverage and any associated costs that may apply to your treatment.

Additionally, we welcome clients who are out-of-network. In such cases, our providers can furnish you with a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.
